Application Instructions
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and contaminant-free. Mix the hardener fully into the base component using an electric mixer until homogeneous. Apply immediately using a toothed trowel or spatula. Avoid water exposure for 12–18 hours. For second coats, allow 12–18 hours of curing. On polyurethane or epoxy surfaces, apply within 24 hours or grind if exceeded. Avoid late-evening applications to prevent gloss reduction due to condensation.
Packaging & Storage
- Gloss Finish: 10 kg base + 5 kg hardener
- Matte Finish: 12.5 kg base + 2.5 kg hardener
Shelf life: 24 months in original sealed packaging when stored in a dry, room-temperature environment away from sunlight and frost.
