Two-Component, Solvent-Free, High-Penetration Epoxy Primer
PMCO-EP Epoxy Primer is a high-performance, solvent-free, low-viscosity primer engineered for ultimate surface preparation. Specially formulated for use with PMCO floor coating systems, it is ideal for mineral substrates such as concrete and cementitious screed.
By deeply penetrating into hairline cracks, pores, and fissures, PMCO-EP effectively seals the surface, preventing air entrapment and ensuring a flawless, bubble-free finish for subsequent coatings.

Application Instructions
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants like oil and grease. Mix the hardener (Component B) thoroughly with the base resin (Component A) until a uniform, homogeneous blend is achieved. The mixture remains workable for 30–45 minutes depending on ambient conditions. Under standard conditions, initial curing occurs within 2–3 hours, and full drying is achieved in 24 hours. PMCO-EP can be easily applied by brush or roller. On highly porous surfaces, a second coat may be necessary to ensure complete sealing and dust-proofing.
Packaging & Storage
- Component A: 16 kg base +
- Component B : 8 kg hardener
Shelf life: 24 months in original sealed packaging when stored in a dry, room-temperature environment away from sunlight and frost.
SHELF LIFE
PMCO-EP Primer can be kept for minimum 24 months in the original unopened package at a temperature of +5°C and +25°C in dry places. Once opened package should be used immediately.
